This program is designed to support developmental needs and improve social skills forchildren with various issues including ADD, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Asperger Syndrome, Developmental Delays & Sensory Dysfunctions. Class is 45 minutes.
TUMBLE TOTS 1
This adorable 45 minute class, for ages 18 - 24 months, is designed to introduce your child to the wonderful world of gymnastics through games, music and active play. Age and size appropriate equipment, along with lesson plans are employed to develop both motor and social skills.
TUMBLE TOTS 2
An extension of TT1, our TT2 class allows kids ages 2+ to explore the gym on their own! Parent participation is not required, but viewing from our observation area is welcome. As students become stronger and more flexible, new and more exciting skills are introduced! Class is 45 minutes.
TUMBLE TOTS 3
TT3 is our premier pre-school class! Each class is designed especially for 3, 4 & 5 year olds and prepares children of any skill level for progressive gymnastics. Each week, members of TT3 enjoy an exciting warm-up, two event rotations, and an ending activity! Class is 55 minutes.
BOYS GYM
Find the perfect compliment for all other sports in Boys Gym! Gymnastics for boys ages 6 and up is great for developing the agility, flexibility, and coordination that is so important to today's athletes. Class is 55 minutes
GIRLS PROGRESSIVE GYMNASTICS
Girls 1: Kinder. - 3rd grade / Girls 2: 3rd Grade and older
Exclusively for young ladies ages 6 and up, our Progressive Gymnastics program is just as the name implies. Students are encouraged to work skills that are appropriate for their skill and strength levels and are allowed to progress at their own pace. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes are available and events include Beam, Bar, Trampoline, Floor Exercise, and Vault. Class is 55 minutes.
CHEERNASTICS
What could be better than a class that combines the tumbling of gymnastics and the specific skills of a cheerleading team? Cheernastics is a unique blend of standing & running tumbling, motions, jumps, cheers, stunts and dancing for children ages 5 & up. Class is 55 minutes.
TUMBLING
This is a boys and girls 55 minute class designed to introduce the basics of tumbling and building a strong foundation to learn more advanced skills. The emphasis is placed on learning proper technique for cartwheels, roundoffs and drills for standing and roundoff back handsprings. Each child will be challenged at their own skill level.
